Remote or on site. We follow how the work really moves and measure where the hours go. You get a written report: the changes worth making, the time each could give back, and a quote to build them. If it isn’t worth it, the report says so.
Build
measured before and after
We build what the diagnostic found, inside the software your team already uses, train the team, and measure again so you can see the time you got back.
Keep it running
optional, month by month
If you want, we stay on: requests handled one at a time, tools kept up to date, new people shown how they work, and a short report each month. You decide month by month.
Prices and timings are agreed with you in each quote. What we promise is a reply to every message within one working day.

I studied architecture in London, lived in Dubai, and design and deliver luxury exhibitions in Paris. I use AI in my own work every day and build MALPAIS’s tools myself. I started MALPAIS to give teams back the hours that go to work that isn’t really their job.

- We only use your files to build tools for your team, with your written permission, never for anyone else. Access is removed when the work ends.
- We tell you where your data goes.
- Before anything is set up, we list which third-party services a tool uses and what they do with your files. You decide.
- A person decides, the tool drafts.
- Everything a tool produces is checked by someone on your team before it goes out.
- Measured, not promised.
- We measure before and after, and we don’t publish numbers, logos or testimonials we don’t have.
- Built around your team, not instead of it.
- We start from how your team already works. The tools take the repetitive parts; your people keep the judgement and the craft.

Is the first call really free?
Yes. 20 minutes, no obligation and no pitch deck. If we can’t help, we’ll say so.
What can you build?
Whatever is costing your team time. Most of it is unglamorous: the documents, files, checks and messages that fill the week. If we can’t give you time back, the diagnostic will say so.
Which software do you work with?
We start from what your team already uses: your office and industry software, your file server or cloud drive, your inbox. If something you rely on can’t be connected, we’ll tell you on the first call.
Will you keep our work confidential?
Yes. We’re happy to sign your NDA before the diagnostic, and examples from past work are only ever shown privately.
What does the diagnostic need from our team?
A few conversations with the people who do the work, and a chance to see how they do it. We fit around your week.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your team and on what the diagnostic finds, so we go through it on the call. You get a written quote before any work starts, and the diagnostic is credited in full against the build if you go ahead.
Do you work remotely, and in French?
Yes. In English or French, remotely or on site.
